Aviation authority to release MH370 interim report soon – Bernama
Department of Civil Aviation director-general Datuk Azharuddin Abdul Rahman said an interim report on the investigation into the disappearance of flight MH370 will be released soon. – The Malaysian Insider filepic, March 6, 2015.An interim report on the investigation into the one-year long disappearance of the Malaysia Airlines (MAS) Flight MH370 will be released soon, to abide with the requirement of the International Civil Aviation Organisation (Icao).Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) director-general Datuk Azharuddin Abdul Rahman said the investigation was carried out in accordance with Annex 13-Aircraft Accident and Incident Investigation to the Convention on International Civil Aviation (Chicago Convention), as implemented by the Civil Aviation Regulations 1996.He said the Annex 13 of Icao protocol underlined that if any accident and investigation report could not be finalised, an interim statement had to be issued at every anniversary of the accident."The investigation of MH370 is being conducted by an independent body, led by Malaysia because Malaysia is the state of registry and state of operator, assisted by seven countries."The seven countries are the United States, United Kingdom, France, China, Singapore, Indonesia and Australia," he said at a media briefing in conjunction with the first anniversary of the missing Boeing aircraft in Putrajaya today.Flight MH370 carrying 227 passengers and 12 crew went missing from the radar screen while en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing, about an hour after it departed from the KL International Airport on March 8 last year. It was scheduled to arrive in Beijing at 6.30am on the same day.Azharuddin said the findings of an international investigation team, which was set up in April last year, was not under the DCA's juridiction but under the Accident Independent Investigation body to release the report."The investigator in charge for the international investigation team is Datuk Kok Soo Chon. He is my predecessor and also a former permanent representative to the Icao Council in Montreal," he said.On the progress of the investigation, Azharuddin said he could not reveal any information as he was not involved in the investigation.Meanwhile, he is unfazed by criticisms levelled against him when the plane disappeared last year."Even now, I'm being criticised. I have still not changed from March 8, last year until now."Azharuddin has been the target of criticisms, especially at the initial stage of the plane's disappearance, infuriated by confusing and contradictory statements at daily press briefing where he was one of the key spokesmen.He said the international team comprises the United States National Transport Safety Board; Britain's Air Accidents Investigations Branch; China's Aircraft Accident Investigation Department; France's Land Transport Accident Investigation Bureau; Australia Transport Safety Bureau; aircraft manufacturer Boeing and British satellite communications company Inmarsat. – Bernama, March 6, 2015.

1MDB to be dismantled under debt plan, say sources

The near-miss drove down the ringgit currency and Malaysian government bonds and prompted calls from opposition leaders to make the fund's accounts more transparent.The state fund's RM42 billion debt includes a US$3 billion bond sale in 2013 that was one of the largest global issues from Southeast Asia.Under the aggressive restructuring plan, crafted by new boss Arul Kanda Kandasamy and blessed by the government, the fund will sell 80% of its power unit Edra Energy via a stock market listing, three sources with direct knowledge of the situation told Reuters.More than RM18 billion of 1MDB's debt linked to its power assets would go under Edra Energy ahead of the listing, which is due to be kickstarted in 6-9 months time, the sources said.The fund, which has Najib as chairman of its advisory board, will also sell the bulk of its land assets and stakes in two high-profile property projects, Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) and Bandar Malaysia, after splitting them into separate entities, as already partially indicated in a strategic review unveiled last month.The Finance Ministry, which is headed by Najib and is the sole owner of 1MDB, did not respond to a request for comment.'Hot potato'1MDB said in an email that Edra Energy would be "monetised" in 2015 and the TRX and Bandar Malaysia projects would be ultimately owned by the finance ministry.This process would turn 1MDB into a skeletal structure that could eventually be dissolved completely, said one person, who spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the issue."It's become a hot potato for the Malaysian government. It was just too much to handle," said another source.1MDB said yesterday that its plans to list Edra Energy were on track. It said the fund would re-submit an application for an initial public offering after cancelling a submission made in November. It did not elaborate.Arul, appointed in January to revamp the fund, has carried out a strategic review of 1MDB's finances and announced last month the fund would monetise Edra Energy this year, run real estate projects as standalone entities and sell assets to repay lenders. He did not disclose any financial details.A respected former investment banker who was previously at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Arul was brought in to see if it was possible to salvage the fund, but decided it was best to wind down its businesses after carrying out a thorough 6-week review.'A known unknown'1MDB, which analysts view as a cross between a sovereign wealth fund and a state-backed strategic fund, was established in 2008 as the Terengganu Investment Authority with RM10 billion to manage oil royalty payments to the resources-rich northern state of Terengganu.But as Najib came to power in 2009, he renamed it 1MDB and turned it into a fully-fledged investment fund.1MDB expanded by purchasing pricey power assets from Malaysian tycoon Tan Sri Ananda Krishnan and gaming-to-plantation conglomerate Genting Bhd, and large plots of land in the capital and other regions of Malaysia, racking up debt in the process until it plunged to a loss last year.Ananda also lent RM2 billion to 1MDB last month, pulling the fund back from the brink of the possible default on a bank loan payment, sources said. Officials at Krishnan's investment vehicle Usaha Tegas were not immediately available to comment.Political leaders, including former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, have demanded an inquiry into 1MDB's finances and are also calling on the government to explain transactions that they allege resulted in siphoning off public funds.Yesterday, Najib said he had instructed the Auditor-General to independently verify 1MDB's accounts after the allegations.But question marks remain on whether investors would be interested in the fund's IPO and sale plans."On 1MDB, it really boils down to the lack of transparency which cements it as a known unknown," said Weiwen Ng, an ANZ analyst based in Singapore."Greater transparency and accountability of the 1MDB issue would certainly help for future sales of assets and any such possible restructuring." – Reuters, March 5, 2015.

But she is gone, missing for the past one year.Kelvin Shim, meanwhile, has cut his little's girl's hair short because he cannot figure out how to tie it for school. His wife always did this sort of thing.
The disappearance of Malaysia Airlines (MAS) flight MH370 on March 8, 2014, has turned both men into single dads, and left them groping in the dark for answers to the fate of their loved ones, as well as to deal with the challenge of raising their children alone.Lee's wife Foong Wai Yueng, was one of 12 crew members on board MH370 that was bound for Beijing when it fell off the radar less than an hour after take-off from Kuala Lumpur. There were 227 passengers, most of whom were Chinese nationals.Lee, 45, has left his wife's belongings in the closet exactly as they were the day she went off to work on March 8, 2014. To him, she is not dead, only missing.“All still there. I have not removed anything. To me, she is still missing no matter what the government announces. My heart will still feel uneasy until they find something. Anything," he told The Malaysian Insider ahead of the first anniversary of the plane's disappearance.The Malaysian government on January 29 announced that MH370 was lost in an accident and all 239 on board presumed dead.But it brought neither clarity nor relief to Lee, whose world still remains as "black" as the first day when the devastating news came.“The day they told me that her plane went missing, my world turned black. Missing where? I do not know. I was so depressed and lost. The first month was the worst," said Lee who works as a car salesman in the city.He has explained the incident to his eldest child, a girl aged 11, as he feels she is old enough to understand the situation.Lee and Foong, who married in 2003, have another child, a boy aged five.“I sent the children to my in-laws in the early stage. I just could not cope with the whole situation. Soon after the incident, I returned to work. Work has occupied my time."The first month after the incident, Lee said his routine after work was to come home and stare at the wall.Lee said he felt lucky that he decided not to turn to alcohol for comfort. In fact, he added, he has not touched a drop since MH370's disappearance.The sadness felt at the beginning turned to anger and frustration as he and other families of the passengers and crew wanted answers but got nothing concrete from the authorities.They were also upset with the way the government and MAS had handled some of the announcements.“So many questions beg answers but there was nothing that they could provide us with," said Lee.More difficult now, is life as a single father raising two children.“My son tells me not to go to work as he is afraid something bad will happen to me," he said.Likewise, Shim, 39, is worried about his eldest child, a boy aged nine.“He wasn’t like this before. But now he cries at school and during the night," said Shim, whose wife Christine Tan was Foong's colleague and a stewardess on MH370.He said his son also became clingy and anxious, and has started displaying behaviour that has prompted the father to seek therapy for the boy.“He tells me not to go to work because he’s afraid that I would meet with an accident and leave him. Before taking family photos, he also counts everyone to make sure that we are all there. He was never like this before," said Shim who is now raising his children alone.He said it was difficult picking up where his wife had left off, and the frustrating things were the little routines like tying his daughter's hair.“I have to cut her hair short because I do not know how to tie her hair. It used to be easy sending her to school. All this while, it was her mother who tied her hair."It's simple things like this and tiny details that only a mother would be able to provide," Shim said.Going out to public places, too, like the shopping mall, poses a challenge when the seven-year-old girl needs the toilet.“I cannot take her to the gents as it would spook her and I cannot take her to the ladies. Most of the time, I have to take her to the restroom for the handicapped. Some people have scolded me for that but what else can I do?"Shim tries to make life as normal as he can for his children by staying positive and hopeful for news on his wife and the missing plane.He still harbours hope, even in the absence of any evidence.“No debris, no evidence. So I am still hopeful. It is hard to move on when there is no closure," he said.But the numbness won't go away, and the government's declaration that the plane was lost and all presumed dead has changed little for him.“I knew it was coming. I just do not know the extent of the announcement. How do I feel? I feel numb."The stream of theories and conspiracies proffered by pundits and experts continue to stir emotions among the families.But Shim said he tries to read all of it objectively.“It is good to know what others have to say. It is up to one to believe it or not. I would like to know as well. It is up to me to weigh all the pros and cons of the news and 'facts’ they put out there," he said.The theories about what happened to the plane and where it might be now only serve to highlight the inconclusiveness of the disaster and the difficulty the families face in trying to move on without closure and resolution.“I want to find the truth," says Lokman Mustafa, whose sister Suhaili was on the plane. She was a Freescale employee and with a group of colleagues who travelled together.Lokman said the hardest hit in their family was their mother, who could not accept the government's announcement that the plane was officially lost.“Everyone wants to know what actually happened. 1MDB to be dismantled under debt plan, say sources

The near-miss drove down the ringgit currency and Malaysian government bonds and prompted calls from opposition leaders to make the fund's accounts more transparent.The state fund's RM42 billion debt includes a US$3 billion bond sale in 2013 that was one of the largest global issues from Southeast Asia.Under the aggressive restructuring plan, crafted by new boss Arul Kanda Kandasamy and blessed by the government, the fund will sell 80% of its power unit Edra Energy via a stock market listing, three sources with direct knowledge of the situation told Reuters.More than RM18 billion of 1MDB's debt linked to its power assets would go under Edra Energy ahead of the listing, which is due to be kickstarted in 6-9 months time, the sources said.The fund, which has Najib as chairman of its advisory board, will also sell the bulk of its land assets and stakes in two high-profile property projects, Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) and Bandar Malaysia, after splitting them into separate entities, as already partially indicated in a strategic review unveiled last month.The Finance Ministry, which is headed by Najib and is the sole owner of 1MDB, did not respond to a request for comment.'Hot potato'1MDB said in an email that Edra Energy would be "monetised" in 2015 and the TRX and Bandar Malaysia projects would be ultimately owned by the finance ministry.This process would turn 1MDB into a skeletal structure that could eventually be dissolved completely, said one person, who spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the issue."It's become a hot potato for the Malaysian government. It was just too much to handle," said another source.1MDB said yesterday that its plans to list Edra Energy were on track. It said the fund would re-submit an application for an initial public offering after cancelling a submission made in November. It did not elaborate.Arul, appointed in January to revamp the fund, has carried out a strategic review of 1MDB's finances and announced last month the fund would monetise Edra Energy this year, run real estate projects as standalone entities and sell assets to repay lenders. He did not disclose any financial details.A respected former investment banker who was previously at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Arul was brought in to see if it was possible to salvage the fund, but decided it was best to wind down its businesses after carrying out a thorough 6-week review.'A known unknown'1MDB, which analysts view as a cross between a sovereign wealth fund and a state-backed strategic fund, was established in 2008 as the Terengganu Investment Authority with RM10 billion to manage oil royalty payments to the resources-rich northern state of Terengganu.But as Najib came to power in 2009, he renamed it 1MDB and turned it into a fully-fledged investment fund.1MDB expanded by purchasing pricey power assets from Malaysian tycoon Tan Sri Ananda Krishnan and gaming-to-plantation conglomerate Genting Bhd, and large plots of land in the capital and other regions of Malaysia, racking up debt in the process until it plunged to a loss last year.Ananda also lent RM2 billion to 1MDB last month, pulling the fund back from the brink of the possible default on a bank loan payment, sources said. โฟมเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ชนิดหนึ่งที่ผลิตจากพลาสติกประเภทโพลีสไตรีน(Polystyrene: PS) ถ้าถูกนำไปใช้บรรจุอาหารที่ร้อนจัด และอาหารทอดที่มีน้ำมันเป็นส่วนประกอบ จะเกิดปฏิกิริยาที่ทำให้สารอันตรายแตกตัวออกมาปนเปื้อนกับอาหาร ได้แก่ สารเบนซีน(Benzene) ที่หากดื่ม หรือกินอาหารที่มีสารเบนซีนปนเปื้อนสูงจะทำให้เกิดอาการปวดท้อง เนื่องจากกระเพาะถูกกัดกร่อน เวียนศีรษะ คลื่นไส้ และอาจถึงขั้นเสียชีวิตได้
แต่ที่เป็นอันตรายที่สุด คือ “สารสไตรีน"(Styrene) ที่มีพิษทำลายไขกระดูก ตับ และไต ทำให้ความจำเสื่อม มีผลต่อการเต้นของหัวใจ และเป็นสารก่อ “มะเร็ง" โดยอาจก่อให้เกิดมะเร็งเส้นเลือดขาวและมะเร็งต่อมน้ำเหลืองได้
สำหรับ “เส้นทางมะเร็ง" จากสารสไตรีนในกล่องโฟมจะเข้าสู่ร่างกายได้จาก 5 ปัจจัย ได้แก่
1.อุณหภูมิที่ร้อนขึ้นหรือเย็นลง ทำให้สไตรีนซึมเข้าสู่อาหารได้สูง
2.ถ้าปรุงอาหารโดยใส่น้ำมัน น้ำส้มสายชูแอลกอฮอล์ จะดูดสารสไตรีนจากกล่องโฟมได้มากกว่าปกติ
3.ถ้าชื้ออาหารใส่กล่องทิ้งไว้นานๆ ไม่ได้รับประทาน อาหารจะดูดสารสไตรีนได้มาก
4.ถ้านำอาหารที่บรรจุในกล่องโฟมเข้าไมโครเวฟ สไตรีนจะไหลออกมาในปริมาณมาก
5.ถ้าอาหารสัมผัสพื้นที่ผิวกล่องโฟมมากๆ รวมถึงร้านใดที่ตัด “ถุงพลาสติกใส" รองอาหาร จะได้รับสารก่อมะเร็งถึง “2 เด้ง" ทั้งสไตรีน และไดออกซิน จากถุงพลาสติก
“หากรับประทานอาหารจากกล่องโฟม วันละอย่างน้อย 1 มื้อ ติดต่อกันนาน 10 ปี มีโอกาสเป็นมะเร็งสูงกว่าคนปกติถึง 6 เท่า ที่สำคัญกล่องโฟมทนความร้อนได้เพียง 70 องศาเซลเซียส แต่สิ่งที่เราทานกันเป็นประจำ เช่น ข้าวผัด หรือผัดกะเพรา เป็นต้น ล้วนมีความร้อนเกินมาตรฐานกำหนด ส่งผลให้สารอันตรายปนเปื้อนออกมากับอาหารในปริมาณสูง"

จากนั้นใส่ปลาทูน่าลงไปผัด ยีให้เป็นชิ้นเล็ก ๆ ผัดให้เข้ากัน
ใส่มะเขือเทศลงผัดให้มะเขือเทศสุกนุ่ม ชอบขลุกขลิกเติมน้ำได้เล็กน้อย
ปรุงรสด้วยน้ำตาลและน้ำปลาชิมรสตามชอบ
เสร็จเรียบร้อย ตักใส่ถ้วย โรยหน้าด้วยต้นหอมผักชีซอย
เสิร์ฟพร้อมผักสดตามชอบ

การเพิ่มความสามารถการ์ดตัวละคร
โดยเอาการ์ดที่ไม่ใช้มาสังเวยเพิ่ม EXP (ใช้เงินด้วย) ถ้าใช้ตัวละครเดียวกันจะได้ EXP x 2 (การ์ด Rank อะไรก็ตาม ให้สัดส่วน EXP เท่ากัน วัดง่ายๆ คือใช้เงินเท่ากัน จะได้ EXP ใกล้กัน ต่างกันแค่จำนวนการ์ด Rank ต่ำใช้หลายใบ Rank สูงใช้ไม่กี่ใบแต่ใช้เงินเท่ากัน)
การรวมการ์ด – นำการ์ดตัวละคร LV MAX Rank เดียวกัน 2 ตัว รวมกัน (ใช้เงินด้วย) จะได้การ์ดตัวละคร LV1 Rank สูงขึ้น 1 ตัวแบบ random
ลูกเต๋า – เพื่อ Stat ต่างๆเหมือนตัวละคร ซื้อได้ด้วยเพชรหรือทอง เมื่อ LV ถึงเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด สามารถอัพเกรดได้ด้วยทอง
เทคนิคการเล่น LINE Let’s Get Rich ให้รวย
ลูกบาศ – เปิดเพื่อรับของรางวัลแบบสุ่ม เปิดได้ 3 วิธี (สามารถได้รับจากการเปิดกล่องหลังเล่นจบ)
ใช้ โครเวอร์ – ของที่ได้รับสุ่ม Random เวลาในการเปิด
ใช้ โครเวอร์ + ผงลึกลับ – ได้รับของ 2 ชิ้น และ ระดับของที่สุ่มจะอยู่ในระดับสูง Random เวลาในการเปิด
ใช้เพชร – เหมือนกับใช้ ผงลึกลับแต่เปิดได้ทันที
กฏการเล่น
โดยพื้นฐานเหมือน Monopoly คือใครเงินหมดก่อนแพ้ แต่เพิ่มกฏพิเศษเข้ามา 3 ข้อ หรืออาจมีมากกว่านี้แต่เจอแค่นี้
หากทำ Colony ครบ 3 แห่งชนะทันที (ได้แต้ม x2)
หากครอบครองเมืองทั้งแถบของแถบได้แถบหนึ่งชนะทันที (ได้แต้ม x3)
หากครอบครองจุดทัวร์ (ที่อัพเกรดไม่ได้) ครบทุกจุดชนะทันที (ได้แต้ม x5)
ในทางกลับกันหากแพ้ด้วย 3 กรณีนี้แต้มที่เสีย x เท่ากัน
ด่านต่างๆ
ต่างกันที่ EXP ที่ได้รับและของที่ดอป (เรียงจากซ้ายไปขวา ขวาดอปดีสุด) โดยตัวด่านไม่แตกต่างกัน
